Terms & Conditions tvtoto – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the tvtoto website, mobile application, and all related services provided by our platform. tvtoto operates as an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of casino games, slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting to users in Malaysia.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or simply browsing the tvtoto platform, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these Terms. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as you hold an active account or use any tvtoto service.

Tvtoto reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of the tvtoto platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Registering and using the platform from a region where tvtoto's services are not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period, whether voluntary or mandatory.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.

Each user is permitted to hold only ONE account only at tvtoto. Registering or maintaining more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. tvtoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you authorised it or not.
• Notify tvtoto immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (direct transfer via mobile number or IC number)

All funds deposited into your tvtoto account must come from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. tvtoto reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used should any suspicious activity be detected. Deposits made via payment methods not recognised by tvtoto will not be credited and may be subject to a processing fee.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method — or one associated with the method — used for your most recent deposit ("return-to-source principle"). This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is RM50,000 per day for standard methods. Withdrawals exceeding this limit require special approval and full identity verification.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the tvtoto system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation is received.
• Tvtoto reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly bets of unusual value or those suspected to be part of a coordinated betting strategy.
• Pre-match betting closes at the official match start time or earlier at tvtoto's discretion.
• For in-play betting, odds may change at any time. Bets are only accepted once the system confirms that the selected odds remain valid.

Bet settlement:

• Bet settlements are determined based on the official results declared by the relevant sports authority after normal time, unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, all bets related to that match will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For football matches, extra time and penalties are not counted unless the market is labelled "Includes Extra Time".

Tvtoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Found to have violated any rules set out in these Terms.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• The registration information provided has been found to be false or inaccurate.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, tvtoto reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through means that breach these Terms. Any unused original deposit balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded, unless there is valid grounds for its retention.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Betting outcomes influenced by inaccurate third-party information.

Tvtoto reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Any material changes – including modifications to deposit limits, bonus terms, or withdrawal rules – will be communicated to members via:
